West German Vase

This elegant and texturally pleasing west German vase came from an antique market in Gent-Belgium. This vintage vase screams retro pottery and dates from around the 1970s approximately. The number on the bottom of this German vase 265-30 is the mold used. The original sticker is still on the vase but not in great shape and is hard to read.

The condition of this vintage vase is good with no major damage or repairs. It does have some light crazing, the network of fine cracks that are very common on the surface of vintage ceramic pottery. I personally like the look of crazing on vintage pottery as it gives it that vintage home decor look.
