Processing Time

Most of the time we ship the following day but no longer than 2 business days.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Cost
We strive to ship items in the most economical way possible while maintaining high packing standards to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments are sent from Belgium. If you’re located overseas, please consider potential shipping times and any applicable shipping costs if free shipping isn’t available. Most countries are eligible for free shipping, and those that do not qualify enjoy reduced shipping rates. You can use our price estimator to view any shipping costs based on your location.

Insured Shipping
All of the items we ship are fully insured so you can shop with peace of mind that if anything is broken due to shipping it will be taken care of.

Packaging
We invest in heavy-duty boxes and wrap your item with foam padding or bubble wrap and finish it all off with innovative super eco-friendly FLO-Pak GREEN packing peanuts that are made from100% recycled polystyrene (PS). The packing peanuts are reusable up to 10 times. During production, enzymes are added to these innovative packaging chips. Together with microorganisms, the enzymes are able to decompose this product into CO2, water, and humus within 9 to 60 months.

This may sound excessive but we want to give your item the best protection for its long journey from Belgium to you.

We send pictures of the packing process of your item after it has shipped to give you that extra reassurance.

Shipping Carrier & Customs
We ship via DHL Express or Bpost ( Belgium Postal Service). Once your item is shipped we will send a tracking link. We will send updates when available for any delays in customs.

Combined Shipping
When you order multiple items we will try to ship them together in one box. However, some items must ship separately for the best care. Shipping costs are calculated in your cart for the total purchased items.

Tracking & Follow Up
We make it our top priority to make sure you get your package. Once you place the order you will get notified we received it. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking link.

We check on our end when it's delivered and follow up one last time to make sure that everything is perfect and you are satisfied. If the order takes longer to arrive than it should, we track it down and follow up with you.
