These wall sconce lights have been tested and work here in Europe on a 220/240 system and will also work on the North Americas 110 v. The socket and wiring are all looked in good shape but we recommend the use of an electrician to make sure it meets all of the safety norms of your country.
The wire and socket looked to have been replaced and are still in good condition. We replaced the candle sleeves with better-condition vintage ones. Overall, the condition of this vintage wall sconce is good, with no major damage or repairs, but it does show the natural wear, like scratches and discoloration, that you'd expect from antique lighting
