Cowbell from Morocco

This vintage cowbell came out of an old café in Gent Belgium. We were told this vintage bell came from Morocco but we are not sure of the exact age. It’s the perfect decorative item for modern farmhouse home decor. The bell is a heavy-duty iron, and its sound is loud and unmistakable.

The condition of the cowbell is good with no significant damage or repairs. The bell and latch have plenty of patina-like surface rust and the large strap is perfectly weathered leather that could still be used today. We treated the leather strap with some natural mineral oil to help bring some life and flexibility back into the leather. See detailed pictures.
