Germany-Beer Tankard

We found this amazing made in Germany beer tankard at one of our local antique markets here in Belgium. Text reads Jager's Frued DIe Grune Heid translated means "The Hunter's Joy is in the Green Meadow."

Age on this is hard to track but the markings on the bottom tell us its a German beer mug from the original king collection from Walter Swett. The lid is pewter and has the DBGM on the inside confirming it is a made in Germany beer tankard.

The details and workmanship on this German beer stein pretty amazing. The condition tankard is good with no major damage or repairs. It does have some minor wear but is in overall great condition.
