Large brass scoop with wooden handle from Europe. Kitchen utensil found in Belgium that was most likely used as a grain scoop or flour scoop. It could also be used for nuts and even fireplace coals. Scoops like this one are useful kitchen supplies meant to last.
The scoop is made of solid brass and is in good vintage condition. The handle is wood and firmly attached to the brass scoop. There is a small ring at the end of the wooden handle to hang for storage or display. It is estimated as vintage from the early mid century.
