Antique Blow Torch from France

French antique blowtorch found at an antique market in Antwerp-Belgium and date around the 1930s. Not sure if it still works as a blow torch but all the moving parts like the valve in the back still turn.

The torch has an opening on the top that unscrews which I think is to add oil and a screw on the bottom that opens to drain the oil. I drained it for safety reasons.

If you take a look at picture 4 you can see two crossing tomahawks with S on the bottom and top. Not sure if that is of any importance but it just adds to the mystery of this piece.

The condition of this blow torch is good with no major damage or repairs. It does have natural wear like scratches and discoloration that you would expect in an antique/vintage piece. See detailed pictures
