Brass Figurines | Paper Weight

Dutch art brass figurine sold as pair. The boy & girl figurines are made of solid brass and mounted on a base made of marble or similar. Vintage figurines dating from around the 1930s.

They can be used as a paper weight, art objects for vintage decor, or just collectible figurines to add to your vintage collection.

These vintage brass figurines are well made. The casting seam on the small figurine is not noticeable. This is a good indicator of brass vintage that is quality.

The boy and girl figurines are stamped (Alost-Aalst) on one side. Aalst is a small town in Holland not to be confused with the city of Aalst in Belgium. Alost is the French word for Aalst.

The condition of these figurines is good with no major damage or repairs. There may be natural wear like patina, scratches, and discoloration that you would expect in vintage and antique pieces. See detailed pictures
