Antique Teapot Kettle

Beautiful Holland mid-19th-century antique teapot. In Holland, they call these "zakketels" The smaller bottom part of this antique copper pot would have been inserted into a hole on top of a wood-burning stove. These antique tea kettles are a great country decor/farmhouse decor decorative item.

The wooden handle has created a dent on both sides from all of the years of falling down. See detailed pics There are some other smaller dents and scratches but that is to be expected on an antique copper pot close to 170 years old.The inside does have hard water deposits but can be cleaned if you wanted. Other than that this thing is solid and should last another 170 years.
