Antique Level, Wood coat Rack

This great-looking French antique level from the 1930s or '40s has been converted to a one-of-a-kind wall coat rack. I just love the look of these old woodworking tools and this one makes a great wood coat rack.

We found the vintage hooks at another antique market here in Belgium and are possibly mid-century. The hooks are solid brass with white tops either some hard composite material or some kind of stone. A couple of the white tops have some very small chips but nothing major.

The viewing glass on the side of the wood level is very discolored and has something white on one side and it's hard to see the bubble. From the top, you can easily see the bubble, and also the vertical level bubble in the circle is visible.

The condition of this unique wall coat rack is good with no major damage or repairs. It does have lots of wear that you would expect from an old carpenter tool. The right arm on the left hook is leaning a bit to the right but does not affect its function.
